How does Boon integrate with other solutions?

Boon offers multiple integration methods to ensure seamless data transfer between systems. Each of these options provides the same level of service and automation—the choice depends on what your ATS/HRIS supports and the fastest way to integrate.
1. API Integration
Boon integrates directly with the ATS/HRIS API, allowing real-time, bi-directional data exchange.
This is the most flexible approach for deep integrations, enabling instant updates between Boon and your ATS/HRIS.
2. Scheduled Report Exports via SFTP
Your ATS/HRIS generates scheduled data exports and delivers them securely to an SFTP server.
Boon retrieves this file from the SFTP server and syncs the data with the ATS/HRIS.
This method is ideal for systems that rely on batch processing and structured data exports at regular intervals.
3. Scheduled Report Exports to an Email Address
If SFTP isn’t available, your ATS/HRIS can send a scheduled report to a designated email address.
Boon receives this data via email and syncs it with the ATS/HRIS.
This provides a simple, non-technical way to automate data transfer.
Each of these methods ensures smooth integration and automation—the best option depends on what your ATS/HRIS supports and the quickest way to get set up.
