Overview

This guide outlines how Boon customers can tailor their experience to reflect their brand. From customizing communications to updating visual elements on widgets and portals, this page explains your options and how to access them.
Note: Email notification customization is available only to enterprise customers or those with the white-labeling add-on.

Branding Options

Email Notifications

Boon allows enterprise customers or those with the white-labeling add-on to modify the content and branding of system-triggered emails (e.g., referral invitations, reminders, status updates). This includes:
Updating sender name and reply-to address
Customizing subject lines and body content
Applying your company logo and colors

Logo Upload

Your logo appears on your referral portal, dashboard, and branded emails.
Recommended size: 200x200 pixels

Tip: You can quickly pull your logo from your company's LinkedIn profile to simplify setup.

Banner Upload

Customize the banner on your referral portal homepage.
Recommended dimensions: 634x147 pixels
This can also be imported from your LinkedIn cover photo if desired.

Widget Branding

If you're using the Boon Referral Widget on your careers site or internal tools:
You can apply brand colors and logos
You may also modify welcome messages and confirmation prompts to align with your tone

Reward Terms and Conditions

To ensure alignment with your organization’s policies, you may:
Recommended Reward Program Details Banner: 300 x 200
Upload your own referral program terms
Link to an external terms and conditions page
Request that users acknowledge terms before submitting referrals
